A charge or a plan look wrong? Write to us.

How is the cost of a message calculated?
Each model has a price per million input and output tokens. We convert the real cost of your request into points at 100,000 points per US dollar of model cost, with a small minimum per message. Search-powered and image models also have a fixed minimum per request.
Do unused points roll over?
Monthly plan points refill at the start of each billing month and do not roll over. Points you buy as top-ups never expire and are spent last.
Which points are used first?
Daily points first, then your monthly plan points, then purchased top-ups. That way the points you paid for separately last the longest.
What happens if I run out?
You can keep chatting with cheaper models, buy a top-up pack, or upgrade. Oukos never charges you more than your balance, and long replies are capped to what you can afford.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated, so you only pay the difference.
Do you offer refunds?
If something went wrong with a payment or a charge, contact support and we'll make it right. Points spent on failed or errored messages are never charged.
